HØB Snowboards – Return & Exchange Policy

At HØB Snowboards, every board is crafted one at a time, built by riders for riders. We take pride in the quality, performance, and individuality of each snowboard we produce. Because of the custom nature of our products, we have structured our returns and exchanges to ensure fairness while maintaining the integrity of your custom order.

1. Returns

  • Eligible Products: Standard-stock HØB Snowboards (non-custom graphics or sizes) may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the board is unused, in original condition, and packaged safely.

  • Custom Orders: Custom boards—including personalized graphics, shapes, or dimensions—are non-returnable. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

2. Exchanges

  • Exchanges for a different stock board size or model are possible within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability.

  • Custom boards cannot be exchanged, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

3. Defective or Damaged Products

  • If your board arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and a description. We will work with you to repair, replace, or refund the board at no cost.

4. Process

  • To initiate a return or exchange, email pav@hothamboardriders.com.au with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.

  • Returns must be securely packaged, ideally in the original shipping box. Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the return is due to defect or damage.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned board.

5. Shipping & Risk

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method. HØB Snowboards is not responsible for items lost in transit during a return.
